With the new customer portal, customers of TerraRail Modalsplit AG have access to their projects, delivery notes and invoices. Use on the move is also ensured thanks to a “Responsive Design”. In addition, all information is available in the form of exports for further processing.
TerraRail Modalsplit AG offers, as a response to the law on compulsory rail transport in the Canton of Zurich, the transport of excavated material and aggregates by rail. The services of TerraRail Modalsplit AG and the participating companies Eberhard Bau AG, Schneider Umweltservice AG, HASTAG (Zürich) AG and Toggenburger AG, leads to a traffic relief on the road by shifting truck traffic to the railroad.
To make the customer portal modern and future-proof, we relied on proven technologies such as Kotlin, the Spring Framework and Angular. For identity and access management, we integrated the customer portal with Keycloak using OpenID Connect. The integration with the underlying SAP system is message based using Apache Kafka.
